Game-Changing Technology, Reimagined for Everyone: Klab’s Digital Experience

k.LAB’s digital presence was fragmented, limiting its accessibility to technical users only. The website struggled with a high bounce rate, unclear information architecture, and inconsistent design, making it difficult to communicate the platform’s potential to a broader audience.

We adopted a user-centered design approach to rebuild k.LAB’s digital identity:

  • Strategic workshop to identify key user personas.
  • Information architecture and user flow redesign, creating intuitive and accessible navigation paths.
  • Wireflow and wireframes to prototype solutions based on user needs.
  • Development of a scalable design system with a modern, consistent visual identity, as showcased in the shared visuals.
  • Interactive prototypes to test usability and gather iterative feedback.

The goal

Our goal was to transform k.LAB into a seamless and accessible digital ecosystem, ensuring it could reach diverse user groups and align with its vision of integrated and sustainable modeling.
