  • HubSpot acts as a CRM and marketing automation platform, functioning as a Data Processor on behalf of Pianeta.Studio under a valid Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with the GDPR.

  • Google Analytics (GA4) is used to analyze website traffic and user interactions, providing aggregated and anonymized data to help improve site performance.

  • WordPress and Elementor are used as the content management and hosting platforms for this website, ensuring secure storage and display of content.

All third-party providers process data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and adopt adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal information.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or until the user withdraws consent.

 

After this period, data will be deleted or anonymized.
